“I had meet Tammy because I had previously bought a lot in Mountain Lakes that I had decided to sell. The man who sold me the lot for 1075 Majestic Shores had moved away and through some research I found that Tammy had purchased his old web site. I contacted Tammy and we meet. It was the best decision my wife and i made. We meet with her was impressed with her knowledge, her professional manner, Tammy told us of all the ways she would market our lot in addition to placing it on the MLS and putting up a sign. We had tremendously happy with Tammy in selling the lot and she did what she told us she would do. It was action not lip service. I am a guy that has spent the last 25 years of my life selling homes for Home Builders in Austin, Texas. In that time I have worked with over 2,000 Realtors. I had the immediate feeling we were dealing with a Realtor who was a cut above most of the Realtors I had worked with. I normally would have expected a lot less but Tammy was on top of everything and was very pleased with our lot sale. Next came the sale of our home with a sales price near the $400,000 range. Again Tammy's communication skills, marketing skills came to light. She listened to me when I wanted to put pull the house when Covid 19 hit and we had the lock downs but also called me up when she saw the market turning and told us now is the time to put it back in the market. She was right and we had a contract in 3 weeks with a lot of other people interested in the property. I trully believe she is in the top 1 % of the Realotors I have worked with and would recommend her without reservation.”
